Terms & ConditionsI am not presently able to give refunds of commissions.If you are unhappy with the product, I will attempt to work with you to get to an artwork that you are happy with.I will send you periodic updates of the work. You are under obligation to inform me of any changes I need to make before I continue to the next step. i.e. if I am at the flat colouring stage, you are under obligation to inform me if the flat colours I have used are incorrect.You are under obligation to send me reference images or clear instructions of subject character(s).My pricing is static. My pricing is the formula time taken x hourly wage. If your commission is under or over estimated from the base fee, you will not receive a refund but I also will not request further funds from you.I reserve the right to change my commission prices at any time in accordance with minimum wage and desired wage.All communications will be via email.
